betjlie Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and betjlie ("betjlie", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at betjlie.net. By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise accessing any part of the betjlie platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one active betjlie account. Operating multiple accounts — regardless of whether different email addresses, phone numbers, devices, or payment methods are used — is strictly prohibited. betjlie employs technical and procedural measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be closed, and any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with those accounts may be voided.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All transactions and activities carried out under your account credentials are your sole responsibility. 4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice. betjlie does not guarantee the permanent availability of any particular payment channel.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 via bKash or Nagad. Minimums for other payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• betjlie does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which betjlie bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your betjlie account upon confirmed receipt of funds. Processing times depend on the payment method used.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification prior to processing.
• betjlie targets a 15-minute processing window for bKash and Nagad withdrawals after KYC approval. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider availability and transaction volume.
• betjlie reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts flagged by our fraud monitoring systems.
• Withdrawal requests that cannot be completed due to incomplete KYC, suspected fraud, or breach of these Terms may be declined or placed on hold pending investigation.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on betjlie are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). betjlie does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player's payment provider prior to the funds reaching betjlie are the player's sole responsibility.

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

5.1 General Bonus Terms

betjlie may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. 5.2 Wagering Requirements

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the betjlie platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations and to refrain from any conduct that is prohibited under these Terms.

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at all times, including during registration and KYC processes;
• Keep your account credentials confidential and notify betjlie immediately of any suspected unauthorised access;
• Use the betjlie platform for personal entertainment only, and not for any commercial purpose;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction related to online gambling;

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the betjlie platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one account;
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity, money laundering, or fraud;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors, or glitches for financial gain;

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the betjlie platform — including but not limited to the betjlie brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video content — is the intellectual property of betjlie or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to the player.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betjlie platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any betjlie content without our prior written consent.

Game content available through the betjlie platform — including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and other studio partners — is the intellectual property of the respective game studios and is made available to players under the terms of betjlie's commercial agreements with those studios.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betjlie's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall be limited to the amount deposited by that player in the calendar month in which the relevant claim arose.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

9.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your betjlie account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closing your account, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be paid out to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification and withdrawal processing terms. 10 Amendments & Governing Law

10.1 Amendments

betjlie reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
